Having worked for 22 years as a Managing Director and Equities Trader for several global investment banks that include Citigroup, Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Bank, I fully understand the challenges and pitfalls these environments present.

I have also battled anxiety and depression all of my adult life which gives me real life experience when it comes to managing work life balance, burnout and overall happiness in the work place.
